Description:   A vulnerability was reported in GNOME NetworkManager. A local user can bypass PolicyKit settings.

The software does not properly enforce the PolicyKit 'auth_admin' action element settings when the 'auth_admin' element is specified in org.freedesktop.network-manager-settings.system.wifi.share.open action.

A local user can setup a non-secure Ad-Hoc wireless network.

Impact:   A local user can bypass PolicyKit settings.
