Description:
Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in HP Intelligent Management Center. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger a buffer overflow or memory error and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target service.
The 'img.exe' component, listening on TCP port 8800, is affected [CVE-2011-1848].
The 'dbman.exe' component, listening on UDP port 2810, is affected [CVE-2011-1850].
The 'tftpserver.exe' component is affected [CVE-2011-1851, CVE-2011-1852, CVE-2011-1853].
The 'imcsyslogdm.exe' component, listening on UDP port 514, is affected [CVE-2011-1854].
A remote user can send specially crafted data to the 'tftpserver.exe' component to create arbitrary files, leading to arbitrary code execution [CVE-2011-1849].
Luigi Auriemma and AbdulAziz Hariri reported these vulnerabilities via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative.
