Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Python. A remote user can view CGI source code.

A remote user can supply a specially crafted request without the leading '/' character to the CGIHTTPServer to view the requested CGI source code.

Impact:   A remote user can view CGI source code.
Solution:   The vendor issued a fix (in April 2009).
