Description:
Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in HP OpenView Network Node Manager. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger a buffer overflow or memory corruption error and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target service.
Aniway.Anyway at gmail.com (via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative), SilentSignal (via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative, an anonymous researcher (via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative), and an anonymous researcher (via iDefense VCP) reported these vulnerabilities.
