Description:   Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in RealPlayer. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.

A remote user can create specially crafted content that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.

RealPlayer Enterprise is also affected.

Nicolas Joly and Chaouki Bekrar of VUPEN Vulnerability Research Team, anonymous researchers, Sebastian Apelt, Andreas Schmidt, AbdulAziz Hariri, and Damian Put (via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative), Alin Rad Pop and Carsten Eiram of Secunia Research, Aaron Portnoy, Zef Cekaj, and Logan Brown of TippingPoint DVLabs, Omair, iDefense Labs, and Team lollersk8erz reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A remote user can create a file that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (14.0.0, Mac RealPlayer 12.0.0.1548, RealPlayer Enterprise 2.1.4, Linux RealPlayer 11.0.2.2315).
