Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Rational Quality Manager. A remote user can gain access to the target system.

The installation of the bundled Tomcat server includes a default account with manager role access and a default password. A remote user can access this account and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vendor was notified on June 30, 2010.

AbdulAziz Hariri reported this vulnerability via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor issued a fix ( build 1046) in August 2010.
