Description:   A vulnerability was reported in ISC DHCP. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send a specially crafted request containing a zero-length client ID value to cause the target service to exit.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to exit.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (4.0.2-P1, 4.1.1-P1).

The fix will be included in the next beta release for 4.2.0.
