Description:   A vulnerability was reported in PowerDNS. A remote user can spoof the DNS.

A remote user can create specially crafted zones to cause the target PowerDNS Recursor to accept arbitrary DNS data.

An anonymous researcher reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can spoof the DNS.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (3.1.7.2).
