Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Solaris. A local user can cause denial of service conditions.

A local user can exploit two race condition flaws in the Solaris Event Port API to trigger a system panic.

Impact:   A local user can cause a system panic on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.

SPARC Platform:

* Solaris 10 with patch 141414-01 or later
* OpenSolaris based upon builds snv_107 or later

x86 Platform:

* Solaris 10 with patch 141415-01 or later
* OpenSolaris based upon builds snv_107 or later
