Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Rational ClearCase. A local user can view user passwords.

On Linux and UNIX-based systems with IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest UCM integration, a local user can execute the 'ps -ef' command to view the username and password of the current user.

IBM has assigned APAR PK75832 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain passwords.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (7.0.0.5, 7.0.1.4, 7.1.0.1).
