Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Windows SChannel. A remote user with access to a user's digital certificate can spoof the system to gain access.

The SChannel authentication component does properly authenticate certain Transport Layer Security (TLS) handshake messages. A remote user with access to a target user's digital certificate can send a specially crafted TLS packet to impersonate the target user.

The Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul and Cia de Processamento de Dados do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user with access to a target user's digital certificate can spoof the system to gain access to the target system with the privileges of the target user.
