Description:   A vulnerability was reported in OpenVMS. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can modify the OSIT$NAMES logical name table.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (DEC AXPVMS DNVOSIECO03 V8.3).
