Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Linux ndiswrapper. A remote user on the local wireless network can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user on the local wireless network can send a specially crafted ESSID to trigger a buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with root privileges.

Systems using ndiswrapper are affected.
