Description:
A vulnerability was reported in RealPlayer. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.
A remote user can create a Shockwave Flash (SWF) file containing specially crafted frames that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger a heap overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.
The vendor was notified on November 16, 2007.
Real Player Enterprise is also affected.
Rhapsody 4 is not afffected.
Dyon Balding of Secunia Research reported this vulnerability.
