Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Mozilla Firefox. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.

Another application that can invoke Firefox (while Firefox is not already running) can pass a specially crafted command-line URI containing pipe symbols to cause Firefox to open multiple tabs.

This can be exploited to access files on the target user's system or, in combination with an input validation vulnerability in an XUL-based error page, to execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.

Billy Rios reported this vulnerability. Ben Turner and Dan Veditz reported the XUL error page input validation vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.
