Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Solaris. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can send specially crafted SCTP protocol data to cause the target system to miscount buffers and crash.

Solaris 8 and 9 are not affected.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
