Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Rational ClearQuest. A remote user can determine valid usernames on the target service.

The login system provides error messages during unsuccessful login attempts that allow a remote user to determine if the supplied username is valid or not.

Impact:   A remote user can determine valid usernames on the target service.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (7.0.0.2-ifix01 and 7.0.1.1-ifix01; APAR PK55561).
