Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Panda Antivirus 2008. A local user can obtain LocalSystem privileges on the target system.

The software installs to the '%ProgramFiles%\Panda Security\Panda Antivirus 2008\' directory with 'Everyone:Full Control' access controls.

A local user can modify an executable in this directory. Then, Panda Antivirus will execute the modified file with LocalSystem privileges.
