Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Solaris. A local user can cause denial of service conditions.
A local user can invoke the DIOCTL_GETGEOM, IOCTL_GETPHYGEOM, or DIOCTL_GETWCE ioctl(2) functions in the ata(7D) disk driver to trigger a system panic.
Only x86-based systems are affected.
