Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Windows Vista Client-Server Run-time Subsystem. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

The Client-Server Run-time Subsystem does not properly manage system resources. A local user can execute arbitrary commands on the target system with elevated privileges.

Microsoft credits eEye with reporting this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain system privileges on the target system.
