Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager. A local user can view passwords.

After installation, the software stores passwords in unencrypted form in 'ncisetup.db'. On Windows-based systems, the software also stores passwords in unencrypted form in the 'msi.log' file.

A local user can view certain passwords, including the Object Server root, the Security Manager administration password, the Security Manager LDAP server user password, and the PostgresSQL database password. On Windows-based systems, a local user can also view the PostgresSQL service windows account password.

Impact:   A local user can view passwords.
