Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Ruby. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP request for an application that uses the 'cgi.rb' CGI library to cause the target application to enter an infinite loop and consume excessive CPU resources.
