Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere Application Server. A remote user can view the source code of JavaServer Pages on the target system.

Under certain circumstances, a remote user can cause raw JSP source contents to be displayed instead of the intended formatted output.

Impact:   A remote user may be able to view JSP source code.
Solution:   The vendor has issued fix packs.

The vendor also plans to include the fix in 5.0.2.16 and 5.1.1.10.

Version 6.0.2 and later versions are not affected.
