Description:   A denial of service vulnerability was reported in Snort. A remote user can cause the target service to crash.

The vendor reported that there is a flaw in the printing of TCP/IP options in 'src/decode.c'. A remote user can send specially crafted packets to cause the target system to crash.

Marcin Zgorecki is credited with reporting this flaw.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to crash.
