Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Rippy the Aggregator. The impact was not specified by the vendor.

The vendor reported that the user-controlled filter feature relies on 'register_globals' being set to 'on' and that the caching code requires 'allow_url_fopen' to be on, which may result in a security issue.
