Description:   A vulnerability was reported in HPE integrated Lights Out (iLO). A local user can bypass security controls on the target system.

A local user can bypass the security restrictions for firmware updates.

Fabien Perigaud of Synactiv, Joffrey Czarny of Medallia, and Alexandre Gazet of the Airbus Evaluation Team reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can bypass security controls on the target system.
Solution:   HPE has issued a fix.
