Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Windows Codecs Library. A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information.

A local user can load a specially crafted image file to trigger an object memory handling error in the Microsoft Windows Codecs Library and obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

Marcin 'Icewall' Noga of Cisco Talos reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
