Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM WebSphere Portal. A remote user can modify the configuration.

When the Combined Cumulative Fix (CF) installation is performed, the system resets access control settings to out-of-the-box configuration settings.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass access control settings on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APARs PI91232, PI94709, PI94883, PI95100, PI95153, PI95154, PI95155, PI95156).
