Description:   Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in Apple macOS/OS X. A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

An application can trigger a flaw in the App Store component to determine the Apple ID of the owner of the target computer [CVE-2018-4324].

A sandboxed process can trigger a flaw in the Application Firewall component to bypass sandbox restrictions [CVE-2018-4353].

An application can trigger a validation error in the Auto Unlock component to access the target local user's Apple IDs [CVE-2018-4321].

An application can trigger a input validation flaw in the Crash Reporter component to read restricted memory [CVE-2018-4333].

An application can trigger a memory corruption error in the the kernel component to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges [CVE-2018-4336, CVE-2018-4344].

Abhinav Bansal of Zscaler, Inc., Brandon Azad, Min (Spark) Zheng, Xiaolong Bai of Alibaba Inc., Ryan Govostes, Sergii Kryvoblotskyi of MacPaw Inc., and the UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (10.14).
