Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Linux kernel. A local user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A local user can trigger an integer overflow in the uvesafb_setcmap() function in 'drivers/video/fbdev/uvesafb.c' and cause the kernel to crash.

Impact:   A local user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.
Solution:   Ubuntu has issued a fix.
