Description:   Two vulnerabilities were reported in Microsoft Windows Device Guard. A local user can bypass security restrictions.

A local user can bypass Device Guard Code Integrity policy to inject specially crafted code into a Windows PowerShell session on the target system. The injected code will run with the same trust level as the script.

Matt Nelson (@enigma0x3) of SpecterOps and Matt Graeber of SpecterOps reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A local user can bypass security controls on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
