Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning. A remote authenticated user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote authenticated user can exploit a validation flaw in the password change function to change a specific administrator account password and cause the target system to become inoperable.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvd86586 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can cause the target system to become inoperable.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (12.3).
