Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Apache Tomcat. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.
A remote user can send specially crafted data containing supplementary characters to trigger an overflow in the UTF-8 decoder and cause the target service to enter an infinite loop.

Solution:
The vendor has issued a fix (7.0.88, 8.0.52, 8.5.31, 9.0.8).
