Description:   A vulnerability was reported in ImageMagick. A remote user can consume excessive memory on the target system.

A remote user can create a specially crafted file that, when processed by the target application, will trigger a memory leak in the XMagickCommand() function in 'animate.c'.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive memory resources on the target system.
