Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote user can consume excessive memory on the target system.

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the SSL Forward Proxy feature to cause the target Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) to consume excessive memory and cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

Virtual servers configured with a Client SSL or Server SSL profile are affected.

The vendor has assigned ID 710140 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive memory resources on the target system, causing performance degradation or a system reboot.
Solution:   F5 has issued a fix (13.1.0.8).
