Description:   Two vulnerabilities were reported in Symantec Endpoint Protection. A local user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can exploit an unspecified race condition to cause denial of service conditions on the target system [CVE-2018-5236].

A local user can gain access to resources with elevated privileges [CVE-2018-5237].
