Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server Expressway. A remote user can consume excessive file descriptors on the target system.

A remote user can establish a large number of concurrent TCP connections to the target system to consume excessive file descriptors and cause a process to restart, interrupting service on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug IDs CSCvh77056, CSCvh77058, and CSCvh95264 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target system to restart.
