Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache CXF. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system. IBM InfoSphere Information Server is affected.

A remote user can send specially crafted message attachment header to cause denial of service conditions on the target CSF web service provider.

JAX-WS and JAX-RS services are affected.

Wang, Shixiang (Kevin) from Nokia reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target CSF web service provider.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix for IBM InfoSphere Information Server (APAR JR59361).
