Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM DB2. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can trigger a stack overflow in 'rah.exe' to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges on the target system.

Quentin Rhoads-Herrera reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APARs IT24311, IT24464, IT24465, IT24466).
