Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Security Guardium Database Activity Monitor. A remote user can gain access to the target system in certain cases.

The Database Activity Monitor does not require strong user passwords by default. A remote user can conduct brute force password guessing attacks with greater success.

Impact:   A remote user can conduct brute force password guessing attacks with greater success.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix.
