Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted TCP packets to the target self IP address or FastL4 virtual server to trigger a flaw in the TMM kernel and interrupt data plan service.

The control plane is not affected.

The vendor has assigned ID 702232 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target data plane.
Solution:   F5 has issued a fix (13.1.0.6).
