Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM DB2. A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information.

A local user can exploit a flaw in the IBM Spectrum Scale component to obtain potentially sensitive information from dump files on the target system and cause the information to be transferred to IBM during service engagements.

Systems with the DB2 pureScale feature installed are affected.

Impact:   A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix.
