Description:   Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in Oracle E-Business Suite. A remote user can access and modify data on the target system. A local user can access data on the target system.

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle Human Resources General Utilities component to access and modify data [CVE-2018-2870, CVE-2018-2871].

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle Application Object Library DB Privileges component to access and modify data [CVE-2018-2804].

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle Application Object Library Diagnostics component to partially access data [CVE-2018-2864, CVE-2018-2867].

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle General Ledger Account Hierarchy Manager component to partially access data [CVE-2018-2872, CVE-2018-2873].

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle General Ledger Consolidation Hierarchy Viewer component to partially access data [CVE-2018-2865, CVE-2018-2866].

A remote user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle Human Resources General Utilities component to partially access data [CVE-2018-2868, CVE-2018-2869].

A local user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle Application Object Library Logging component to access data [CVE-2018-2874].

Juan Pablo Perez Etchegoyen of Onapsis reported most of these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain data on the target system.

A remote user can modify data on the target system.

A local user can obtain data on the target system.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix as part of the April 2018 Critical Patch Update.
