Description:   Multiple vulnerabilities were reported in the Windows Kernel. A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can run a specially crafted application to exploit a memory address initialization error and obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system [CVE-2018-0887].

A local user can run a specially crafted application to exploit an object memory handling error in the Windows kernel and obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system [CVE-2018-0960].

A local user can run a specially crafted application to exploit an object memory handling error in the Windows kernel and obtain elevated privileges on the target system [CVE-2018-0963].

A local user can run a specially crafted application to obtain potentially sensitive information that can be used to bypass Kernel Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) security protection on the target system [CVE-2018-0968, CVE-2018-0969, CVE-2018-0970, CVE-2018-0971, CVE-2018-0972, CVE-2018-0973, CVE-2018-0974, CVE-2018-0975].

fanxiaocao and pjf of IceSword Lab, Qihoo 360, Honggang Ren of Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs, and Mateusz Jurczyk of Google Project Zero reported these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A local user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
