Description:
Two vulnerabilities were reported in Mozilla Firefox. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.
A remote user can create specially crafted Vorbis audio data that, when processed by the target user's browser, will trigger an out-of-bounds memory write in libvorbis and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system [CVE-2018-5146].
A remote user can create specially crafted Vorbis audio data that, when processed by the target user's browser, will trigger an out-of-bounds memory write in libtremor and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system [CVE-2018-5147]. Android and ARM platforms are affected.
Richard Zhu (via Trend Micro's Zero Day Initiative and reported through the Pwn2Own contest) and Huzaifa Sidhpurwala reported these vulnerabilities.

A remote user can create content that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.

The vendor has issued a fix (59.0.1; ESR 52.7.2).
