Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Security Access Manager. A remote authenticated user can gain access to the target system as a different user.

A remote authenticated user can exploit an XML parsing flaw in Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)-based single sign-on (SSO) systems to gain access to the target system acting as a different user.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can gain access to the target system acting as a different user.
Solution:   IBM has issued a fix (APAR IJ00123).
