Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Citrix NetScaler Application Delivery Controller (ADC) and NetScaler Gateway. A remote user can bypass authentication. A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A remote user can bypass authentication on the management interface to execute arbitrary read-only commands on the target system.

The NetScaler Load Balancing instance component of Citrix NetScaler SD-WAN/CloudBridge models 4000, 4100, 5000, and 5100 WAN Optimization Edition is also affected.

xcuter, blankcon, nullbr4in, loupos, and koredge of NAVER BUSINESS PLATFORM - IT Security (https://www.nbp-corp.com) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
Solution:   Citrix has issued a fix (11.0 build 70.16, 11.1 build 55.13, 12.0 build 53.13).
