Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Rsync. A remote user can bypass security controls on the target system.

A remote user can send multiple '--protect-args' values to bypass the argument-sanitization protection mechanism on the target system.

The vulnerability resides in the parse_arguments() function in 'options.c'.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass the argument-sanitization protection mechanism on the target system.
Solution:   Ubuntu has issued a fix.
