Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Juniper Junos. A remote user can consume excessive CPU resources on the target system.

A remote user can send a sustained sequence of traffic that, when a certain command is issued by the administrator, will consume excessive CPU resources on the target system and cause the forwarding plane and/or control plane to become inaccessible.

A reboot is required to return the system to normal operations.

The vendor has assigned PR 1145306 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive CPU resources on the target system.
